Sponge Cake or Eggless Sponge Cake 1 tin (800 gms) of pineapple slices 200 gms fresh cream 4 tbsp granulated sugar cherries for decoration |
How to make Pineapple Cake
- Divide the cake horizontally into two potion
- Chop the pineapple slices finely and keep it aside
- Keep the syrup
- Pour a little syrup over the cake and allow it to soak
- Repeat after 10 minutes
- Be sure the cake is moist
- Beat the cream with granulated sugar
- Spoon a little cream sugar mixture over one half of a cake on top
- Cover the cake completely with remaining cream sugar mixture
- Decorate with pineapple pieces and cherries
- Chill the cake
- Ready to serve
