How to make Cheese Cake
- Mix cream cheese and milk in a mixer
- Stir in lemon juice and vanilla
- Optional: Add fresh fruit pieces or chopped roasted nuts to the blended mixture
- Spoon mixture onto layer of cake slices in baking tin
- Chill 2 hours until set
