Cocoa Biscuits Ingredients
230 gms flour 110 gms butter 110 gms sugar 2 tbsp milk 1/4 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp baking powder 3 tbsp cocoa powder 2 tbsp golden syrup few drops of vanilla nuts, chopped (almonds) |
How to make Cocoa Biscuits
- Sift flour, baking powder and baking soda. Set aside.
- Beat together sugar and butter
- Mix in cocoa powder, golden syrup and flour
- Knead well in soft dough with milk
- Roll dough on a floured surface to 1/2 inch thickness
- Sprinkle with nuts
- Cut with 2 inch floured cutter
- Baked in preheated oven at 150 degrees C until very light brown in color
